- Condition: All returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lipsticks, eyeliners, or makeup brush kits that have been opened or used.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Policy
